Day Rental Terms and Conditions

Booking and Rental Period

• Customers must book a specific date for pickup when scheduling their backdrop rental.
• Each daily rental is valid for a 24-hour period from the time of pickup. Extensions must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking the backdrop, which includes the rental fee plus applicable shipping costs. Total cost will be detailed at checkout.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved digital payment methods.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of $10 to $20 for daily rentals is required at the time of rental. This deposit covers potential repairs or replacements and is collected via cash, check, or digital transfer.
• The deposit is fully refundable if the backdrop is returned in its original condition, considering normal wear and tear. Deductions may be made for damage beyond normal wear and tear or necessary cleaning if returned in poor condition.
• The security deposit should be returned within 24 to 48 hours after the backdrop is returned and inspected for damages.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Use of Backdrops

• Backdrops must be used responsibly and returned in the condition they were in at the time of rental. Customers are liable for any damages.

Prohibited Uses

• The rented backdrops may not be used for illegal purposes or in any manner that could result in damage to the backdrops.

Liability

• Backdrop Club USA is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of rented backdrops.

Legal Compliance

• Ensure adherence to local legal regulations regarding deposit handling, potentially requiring a separate account and documented notice to the renter.
