Monthly Rental Terms and Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the monthly rental of backdrops under our membership program.

Membership and Fees

• The monthly membership fee is $25 plus applicable shipping fees. This fee grants members access to rent backdrops at reduced rates.
• The total monthly fee, including the calculated shipping costs, will be detailed at the time of each transaction.

Booking and Rental Period

• Members must book specific dates for each backdrop rental.
• Rentals under the membership are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Payment Terms

• Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved digital payment methods.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of $10 to $20 is required at the start of the membership. This deposit covers potential repairs or replacements and is collected via cash, check, or digital transfer.
• The deposit is fully refundable if the backdrop is returned in its original condition, considering normal wear and tear. Deductions may be made for damages beyond normal wear and tear or if additional cleaning is necessary upon return.
• Security deposits will be returned within 24 to 48 hours after the backdrop has been returned and inspected for damages.

Cancellation Policy

• Members can cancel their subscription with a 30-day notice. If the subscription is cancelled less than 30 days before the renewal date, the cancellation will take effect the following month.

Use of Backdrops

• Backdrops rented under the membership must be used responsibly and returned in the condition they were in at the time of rental. Members are liable for any damages.

Prohibited Uses

• Rented backdrops may not be used for illegal activities or in any manner that could result in damage to the backdrops.

Liability

• Backdrop Club USA is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of rented backdrops.

Legal Compliance

• Members must adhere to local legal regulations regarding deposit handling, which may require maintaining the deposit in a separate account and providing documented notice to the member.
